That won't change the aligners therapy, other than having temporary pontics made so as you smile, while in treatment, you have all of your teeth even before the end of the process.
That said, all missing teeth will have to be replaced at the end of the orthodontic process either with dental implants or with dental bridges. If the missing teeth are not replaced, the newly aligned teeth will not stay in place and will migrate quickly into the space of the missing teeth.
Unless you wear your retainers 24/7, you won't be able to keep the straight alignment of your teeth post-orthodontics without the replacement of the missing teeth.
