Yes, but the dental implant itself cannot be moved. So if the orthodontic case can be designed around the implant, the rest of the teeth can be moved without restriction. The implant itself is bone integrated and there is no way to move that implant without the risks of causing its failure.
The reason why it is not possible to move an implant is that the implant is fused to the bone and does not have a periodontal ligament between it and the bone socket. That periodontal ligament is responsible for the remolding of the bone through sequential stages of selective and specific pressure/tension applied by the aligners.
